Tanya Rapacz CFP®

Director of Financial Planning

As Director of Financial Planning at Arthur Stein Financial, my primary responsibilities include financial planning, retirement planning, and eldercare planning services. I have been working in the financial services industry for over 26 years, and my previous work experience includes positions at various financial and investment firms.

I am motivated by helping and educating a variety of people. Obtaining the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) designation in 2000 was a crucial step in my career, which has enabled me to provide comprehensive financial planning services to my clients. I obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Russian Studies from Wellesley College in 1992 with a minor in economics.

When it comes to my job, I most enjoy helping people feel secure, especially if they are unsure about their financial goals. I believe that the greatest value I can provide to clients is my advice, which is practical and tailored to the client's goals specifically, and also able to be implemented with measurable outcomes. I am committed to providing conflict-free advice and service to our clients.

When I am not assisting clients, I am involved in board service through Conscious Capitalism, This Point Forward, and the Baltimore Wellesley Club. I spend weekends hiking and biking with my family. These activities allow me to stay engaged with the community and to continue to learn and grow both personally and professionally.
