As a Managing Member of Xion Consulting, LLC, my primary responsibilities include providing compliance services to registered investment advisers. I have proudly worked in the financial services industry for over 30 years. In 2017, I founded Xion Consulting, LLC after spending decades working in the compliance field with investment advisers. Xion Consulting provides compliance consulting services and Chief Compliance Officer services to registered investment advisers and various types of investment funds. We are highly skilled in the standards and rules that are applicable to firms such as ASF.
Prior to founding Xion Consulting, I spent thirty years working in the capacity of Compliance Analyst, Compliance Officer, and Chief Compliance Officer at major private equity, hedge funds, and real estate advisory firms in the Midtown, New York City area. I also managed a compliance program for a $10B private equity fund advisor located on Park Avenue in New York City.
I currently reside in the Northern New Jersey area. In my free time, I enjoy traveling and movie nights with my family.
