Tanya Rapacz, CFP(R) Selected for Leadership Premier Class by Leadership Howard County
Leadership Howard County selected Tanya Rapacz, CFP, Senior Financial Advisor at Arthur Stein Financial, LLC, to participate in the organization’s Leadership Premier Class of 2020. Leadership Premier is Leadership Howard County’s signature program for senior-level business and community leaders.
Rapacz joins 48 other Howard County leaders, chosen through a rigorous selection process, in a 10-month exploration of the Howard County community, during which participants visit and meet with local leaders and learn about issues in the county.
“Each and every member of the Leadership Premier class of 2020 brings a unique combination of talent, experience and mission that contributes to Leadership Howard County and the community as a whole,” said Stacie Hunt, president and CEO of Leadership Howard County. “We’re excited to learn from each other and continue to strengthen Howard County.”
The Leadership Premier program was launched in 1985 to develop capable, well-informed individuals committed to devoting their time and resources for community improvement. Since then more than 1,340 individuals have graduated from the program that addresses countywide issues in monthly, daylong seminars where paticipants meet with established leaders in business, government and community services.
Tanya has been a Certified Financial Planner since the Year 2000. She is responsible for financial planning, including retirement planning, at Arthur Stein Financial, LLC. Tanya is an active member of the Financial Planning Association of Maryland and the Exit Planning Exchange.
Tanya also serves on several local boards. A graduate of Wellesley College, she also studied at the Program on Negotiation at Harvard University,
